Info before you order
On the product page, you have the option to indicate the destination country and to add the item to your shopping basket by clicking the green button: "Add to Cart". Then enter your details and choose delivery and payment preferences. Enter your details and choose your delivery and payment preferences.
Complete the order by clicking on complete order.
Which delivery options can you choose?
When sending you to have two options to choose from:
- Delivery at the doorstep
- Pickup (only in the Netherlands)
All our parts are sent by different couriers. This depends on which country it has to be sent to, what kind of part it is and which trader is selling this part. All parts are neatly packed and protected. You will receive a Track and Trace code with which you can track your package.
You will receive most parts within three days (in the Netherlands, outside of the Netherlands we can’t give any indication of Shipping/Delivery times). All selling prices are shown include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. These shipping costs are stated on the product page. In the shopping cart, you can see exactly what the shipping costs for your order are before your order is finally placed.
Are you not at home? Then the package will be delivered to your neighbours on Monday to Saturday (if possible). Or the delivery person will come by again the next day (with the exception of Sunday). Don't you want this? Then choose to pick it up at the local post office.
I have not received an Order Confirmation
As soon as you click on the "place order" button when completing the order, an order confirmation will be sent to your address. If you have not received it, check your spam box or the used email address. Have you encountered anything yet? Otherwise, contact our customer service.
Track & Trace
After the package has left our warehouse, you follow it via the track & trace link on the website of the delivery service of your order.
I have not received my package
You expect a package but it is not delivered by us. That is annoying, but no worries. First, check the points below:
- Check the Track & Trace code of the package
You will find the Track & Trace code on your account page. Check via this link on the Track & Trace page if the delivery period indication may have shifted.
- Check the delivery address
Is the delivery address you entered correctly?
- Check the letterbox
Have you received a Not home message? Your package may have been delivered to the neighbours or the delivery person has scheduled new delivery time. If you still do not receive a package, please contact our customer service.
- My product has been delivered damaged
That is of course not the intention. Read here what you can do.
